01 The pricing matrix
Approved tier credits apply only to future incremental eligible feet within each band. Reaching a new band does not reprice earlier purchases.

Draft terms for discussion. These are not a final contract or an approved customer offer.
Volume alone does not qualify a tier. Diamond must confirm pricing, eligibility and activation in writing. Approved credits apply only to future incremental net paid Top Hat Soffit purchases in each band, after returns—not prior purchases. Other profiles are excluded.
For an approved, activated program, qualifying credit is proposed to be issued quarterly. It is for future eligible purchases and has no cash redemption value.
Apply available credit to a maximum of 20% of a future eligible pre-tax product subtotal. The remaining balance is paid normally.
GST, freight, custom tooling and special-finish surcharges are excluded from earning and redemption.
No additional rewards are earned on the credit-funded portion of a purchase. Only the net paid eligible portion counts.
Qualifying volume resets each calendar year. Unused credit would initially carry forward; no expiry is specified in this draft.
